Wanda
Hilton was born in Marion, and has lived here most of her life.
Wanda had five years previous legal experience prior to joining
our firm when it began in 1979, and she is a North Carolina
Certified paralegal. She assists Jim Goldsmith in the practice
area of wills and estates, and she is also the bookkeeper for
the firm.
Penny
Hensley is a Marion native and has been with Goldsmith, Goldsmith
& Dews since 1993, and she is a North Carolina Certified
paralegal. She handles all aspects of organizing and controlling
daily operations of firm, and she is also the firm’s real
estate paralegal. Penny also serves as the legal assistant to
Frank Goldsmith.
Angie
Hensley is a McDowell County native, and has been with the firm
since 2005. Before joining the firm, she was the office manager
for a local chiropractic clinic for seventeen years. Angie says
that she has enjoyed the challenge of learning a new career
and having the satisfaction of knowing that she is now helping
people in a different area of their lives. She is the legal
assistant to Julie Dews.
