Wanda
Hilton, a certified paralegal by the State of North Carolina,
was born in Marion, and has lived here all her life except for
a short residence in Rutherford County. Wanda has been with
the firm since it began and has thirty-three years legal experience.
She assists Jim Goldsmith in the practice area of wills and
estates, and she is also the bookkeeper for the firm. |

Donna
M. Watson, a certified paralegal by the State of North Carolina,
has worked for the firm for 25 years and has worked in the legal
field in Marion since 1981. Donna is the real estate paralegal
for the firm and examines titles, prepares documents, meet with
clients, and organizes and prepares for closings on purchases
and refinances and all other real estate transactions handled
by the firm. Donna is also paralegal to James W. Goldsmith.

Penny
Hensley, a certified paralegal by the State of North Carolina,
is a Marion native with 18 years of legal experience, and has
been with Goldsmith, Goldsmith and Dews, P.A. for 14 years.
She handles all aspects of organizing and controlling daily
operations of the firm. Penny also serves as the legal assistant
to Frank Goldsmith. |

Angie
Hensley is a McDowell County native, and has been with the firm
since 2005. Before joining the firm, she was the office manager
for a local chiropractic clinic for seventeen years. Angie says
that she has enjoyed the challenge of learning a new career
and having the satisfaction of knowing that she is now helping
people in a different area of their lives. She is the legal
assistant to Julie Dews. |
